launch.ica won't run with Citrix

Citrix ICA Client

1. Install Citrix Receiver
2. For Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers, select wfcrun32.exe as the default program to open launch.ica program.
3. For Firefox,
click on Settings->Add-ons. Then click on Plugins. Change "Citrix ICA Client" and "Citrix URL-Redirection helper" to "Always Activate".

I can log in to Citrix but can not access the desktop once in Citrix.
